Li Junsheng, born in 1969 in Liaoning Province, member of Communist Party of China. He is the vice-president, professor, doctoral supervisor of Central University of Finance and Economics, the candidate of Beijing Talents Project, the Cross-century young talents and the State Council Special Government Allowances receiver.
His major research areas lie in fiscal theories and policies, taxation theories, corporate finance management. Since 1982, He has published more than 100 research papers on journals such as Economic Research, Economic Management, Economic Perspectives, Fiscal Finance Research, China Quarterly, and more than 40 teaching materials and books. He has led a great deal of projects from National Social Sciences Fund, United Nations Development Program, World Bank project, Asian Development Bank and provincial projects.
