He Qiang, professor and doctorial supervisor of Central University of Finance and Economics, the director of Securities and Futures Studies Institute, the well-known financial securities expert. He served as a member of the 11th CPPCC, CPPCC Economic Committee, distinguished messenger of CPPCC Press Information Bureau, counselor of Beijing government, director of China Finance Society and China Investment Society, managing director of China Finance Society Annual Meeting, director of China Economic and Social Council (CESC). He is also the receiver of State Council Special Government Allowances.

Professor He Qiang has engaged in teaching and research of stockholding system and security. He has obtained outstanding research results including 22 books as editor and 9 books as co-editor. He has also published more than 400 research papers on security market. He has led and participated in numerous projects of Natural Science Foundation of China and Social Science Fund.
