Hao Yansu, born in 1958, well-known insurance expert, director of School of Insurance at Central University of Finance and Economics, visiting professor of Soochow University, consulting professor of Korea Samsung Marine and Fire Insurance Co. Ltd. He also serves as managing director of Asia and Pacific Rim Insurance Institute, Chinese Society of Finance, Chinese Society of Insurance and consultant of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Insurance Policy.

Major Research Area: Basic Insurance Theories, Insurance Market Comparative Study, and Property Insurance. He has been committed to insurance education and studies for more than 20 years and published more than 300 academics papers. His books include China Insurance Industry Reform and Development, Insurance General Theory, Insurance Dictionary, Medical Insurance Introduction, Insurance Tutorial and Property Insurance.
