He Songbiao

Dr. He Songbiao is a senior lecturer and a member of the Economic Committee of China Petroleum Institute. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. His research interests are energy economy, carbon trading, and multinational management. Dr. He Songbiao has published over 30 articles on Energy Procedia, Management Science and Engineering, Studies in Sociology of Science, Technology and Economy, and other domestic and foreign academic journals and two books.
