Xu Hongfeng

Dr. Xu Hongfeng is an associate professor at Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). She received her a PhD degree at CASS and was a post doctor at Tsinghua University between 2009 and 2011. She was a Visiting Fellow at Harvard University in affiliation with Kennedy School (Sponsored by the Ford Foundation) in 2010. She is interested in China-U.S. Relations and Renewable Energy Cooperation between China and the U.S. (Solar Energy, Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, Clean Coal, Biomass Energy). She has published 2 books and translated 1 book, as well as several research papers in relation to energy in international and national leading journals. She also leads related projects sponsored by National Social Science Fund and Harvard and the Ford Foundation, and participates in programs lead by Tsinghua University, CASS, Asian Development Bank and Ministry of Finance.
