Liang Xi

Dr Liang X is the Director of Energy Finance Division. He is an senior lecturer in energy finance, director of Centre for Business and Climate Change at the University of Edinburgh, and is also an associate researcher at the Electricity Policy Research Group at the University of Cambridge. He was a research associate at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge.
